ComeUp CP 500T 400V 500 kg 60 m - Electric Lifting Winch

With a load capacity of 500 kg on the upper layer of wire rope, the CP-500T offers a lifting speed of 12-18 m/min. Powered by a 3-phase, 380-440 V power source, the Winch is driven by a 1.8 kW motor with induction brake. Maximum efficiency is achieved thanks to the planetary gears and closed drum flange. The Winch has a maximum lifting height of 58 meters and uses an electromagnetic braking system.

The Winch is not intended for lifting personnel. The specified lifting capacity refers to the upper layer of the wire rope.

Warranty:
Each new Winch is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for twelve months from date of purchase. Wire ropes are not covered by the warranty.

The above performance data is based on a 50 Hz power supply. (60 Hz motor available as an option, reducing lifting capacity by 20% and increasing speed by 20%.

Remark:
1. all data refer to the top layer. For each layer reduced on the drum, the tensile force increases by 10%.
2. For double line operation, use a catch block to increase line pull by approximately 85%.
3. tensile capacities are based on a tensile load and 15% friction (specific applications may vary).

Under no circumstances is the winch intended for moving or lifting persons.
The rated capacity is based on the top layer of rope on the drum.
The rope wrapped on the drum must remain 5 turns away from the drum.
