• Trolley assembly

The width dimension for the 4 horizontal wheels must be adjusted to the flange width of the bar in which the trolley is to move. You then add the rings from the cotter pin to the bar on the outside, so that the cheeks of trolley can no longer slide outwards. The rings on the inside are for spare. Because of the wheels, the cheeks cannot slide further in, and because of the rings on the outside up to the cotter pin, the cheeks cannot slide out now either. The plates under the flange secure the trolley against slipping out.

• 400 V connection

It may appear that the hoist does not work. With the 3 phases of 400 V, the hoist is protected against running the wrong way round, so for example, the up arrow would work the wrong way round and the chain would go down. That is why the hoist does not seem to work. Reverse 2 phases and then the hoist will work. The radio control receiver will then also start to greet you with LED lights lighting up.

• Two-speed trolley hoist

The hoist with a trolley is prepared for one more row direction. But for you, the top two rows apply. Up and down and back and forth in a horizontally suspended beam.

The top row for up and down and the second row for going back and forth, the trolley is also called trolley.

Pressing the button halfway means the slow speed, pressing the button further gives the highest speed. This for hoisting and also for walking back and forth of the trolley.

• Switching on the radio transmitters

To switch on the transmitter, pull out the emergency stop and then press the two green buttons simultaneously. You will hear a sound and the receiver will indicate with the big red light that you can hoist and walk back and forth. This for you as information that you are connected and for everyone else as an additional warning not to stay near the hoist.

You have two transmitters. They can only work in turn, never simultaneously. However, the last one enabled by the two green buttons pushes the other one away. Until the other via the two green buttons again in simultaneous pressing would take over again.
