This electric hoisting winch, the LE 500 R4, can hoist a load up to 500 kg 18 meters high and can even hoist 1000 kg up to 9 meters using the supplied pulley. This Winch operates on 230V. The lifting speed with a single steel cable is about 8 m/min.

Thanks to its low weight of 31 kg, this winch can be easily installed anywhere. The power cable for the standard 230V plug connection is 6 meters long. The winch can be attached to a swing arm with a square tube of, for example, 50x50 mm using the 2 included clamps. The 4 screw holes on the top of the winch can also be used for other fixing.

The steel cable is flexible and twist-free, so the load does not twist when being lifted.

The winch has a cut-off at the top and bottom. If the cable length is adjusted according to requirements, for example, a cover can automatically stop at the top and bottom.

Or a door going up and down without breaking anything can be stopped automatically.

During winding, a certain amount of tension must always remain on the cable. This keeps the wire rope tight on the drum. This prevents the wire rope from loosening on the drum so that it is pulled through the layers underneath and possibly getting stuck.

The automatic brake keeps the weight firmly in place. So even if the power goes out, there is no danger.

This hoisting winch comes with a professional radio remote control. With this radio remote control, it is possible to operate multiple winches simultaneously. Additional transmitters can also be purchased for this winch. This allows multiple people in one building to operate the winch, each with their own transmitter. The radio remote control works up to a distance of 60 meters.

This type of winch can also be purchased without a trolley. This is then the LE 500 R2. You can also choose to operate the winch with a hand control instead of the radio remote control. In that case, the control cable is 6 meters long. This is then the LE 500 XXT. Without a trolley, it is the LE 500 XX.

The radio remote control transmitter (R4) or hand control (XXT) has 4 buttons to operate the winch. Two buttons to move the trolley back and forth and two buttons to raise and lower the load.

This compact LE 500 R4 professional hoist meets BS and EN-14492, TÜV/GS standards and is of course CE approved.

The housing is powder coated and the motor part is made of aluminum. Very durable therefore.

The winch is IP 54 and suitable for outdoor use when suspended. It does not hurt to provide it with a protective cover.

The motor of this practical electric cable winch is thermally protected against overload.

The noise level is limited to about 71 dB(A).

*Take breaks at full load to cool down the motor: S3 25% e.g. 8 minutes continuous operation, 16 -20 minutes pause. If the winch cools down thermally, it takes much longer before it can be switched on again.
