LE 300 R4 230V Electric Winch - 18 m rope length, with trolley and remote control
The LE 300 R4 is a high-quality winch with a trolley and an impressive lifting capacity of 300 kg (600 kg with a pulley block). It is equipped with a reliable radio-controlled remote, offers a maximum rope length of 18 meters, and provides enhanced safety with an upper limit switch.
Adjusting the trolley to a wider beam
The trolley comes standard with M18 connecting rods. If the trolley needs to be mounted on a wider I-beam, the distance between the four wheels can easily be increased.
Procedure:
- Replace the connecting rods
- Use M18 threaded rods.
- Cut two threaded rods to the desired length, matching the width of the beam.
- Replace the existing threaded rods with the longer ones.
- Install the angle profiles
- The two angle profiles on which the winch is mounted can be flipped over (facing outward) if desired.
- This increases the distance between the flanges of the angle profiles, making the trolley suitable for an even wider profile.
- Secure the assembly
- Use four additional M18 nuts and washers.
- Install a nut and washer on both sides of each angle profile so that the angle profiles are securely clamped between the nuts.
- Tighten all nuts securely and check that the assembly is free of play.
- Adjust the rollers
- Slide the four casters into the correct position so that they run properly on the flanges of the I-beam.
- Check that all four wheels rest evenly on the profile and can rotate freely.
- After assembly, check again to make sure all fasteners are securely tightened.
With longer M18 threaded rods, the trolley can easily be adjusted to fit virtually any desired profile width.
