Load chain

Load chain G80 is hardened and has high resistance to wear and corrosion.

Longer elevators are available on request.

Limit breaking load more than 5 times the rated load.

Hooks

Load hook is a forged carbon steel hook with heavy duty hook locking. The thrust bearing in the hook allows 360° rotation to prevent twisting of the load chain. The top hook for hooklift systems is rigid.

Push button operation

Compact design for one-handed operation. IP64 protection.

Emergency stop button is included. Push button cable has strain relief to prevent cable damage.

Load disc/chain guide

Full floating chain guide ensures proper connection of the chain to the load disc.

Equipped with 4 or 5 compartments for better load distribution.

Heavy-duty hoisting motor

The hoist motor has high torque and a rated load of 30 minutes. Class B motor insulation and standard thermal motor protection are included.

Gearbox/Oil lubrication

Special clutch box - automatically switches to dry running when overloaded (exceeding maximum or minimum limit) and stops up and down movement.

Chain bag : Vinyl chain bag comes standard with the hoist.

Switch : Easy layout of operation with 3M power cable as standard and emergency stop as optional.
